NormanLane Real Estate is looking to grow our team of Realtors to serve the St. John’s and surrounding areas. We wish to have a boutiqu team that never exceeds 8-10 quality agents, which will allow us to provide the broker support that you need to knock it out of the park. While our business model is setup for maximum efficiency to increase the value proposition to your clients, it's also been designed to help keep your operating expenses lean.

Our ideal candidates are currently working as Realtors in our local market with several years experience, and are interested in using our proven systems to help increase your number of closed ends!

Over the past few years, we have worked tirelessly to create systems and technology that allows us (and you) to work smarter, not harder. Selling Real Estate is about always filling up and nurturing the prospects in your sales pipeline, however, the most common problem Realtors experience is that when you're grinding it out dealing the day to day hustle and jumping hurdles along the way. This doesn't leave you much time to keep up with one of the most important aspects of being a self employed business person: keeping your sales funnel FILLED! This is why most agents have a couple of great months, only to be followed by a couple of down months, as your pipeline has dried up and you have to start the same cycle all over again. This is where the NormanLane Real Estate system differs greatly than most National Franchise models.

Lead generation and referral systems: Our lead generation systems create more than 200 real estate leads every single month (and that's only because currently don't have the capacity to take on any more than that). Our in house referral system can provide quality leads to agents who are looking for more business, but just can't seem to find it on their own. We are about to increase our exposure to the market and double the amount of leads in our pipeline, we just need experienced agents to handle the inquiries that are coming in every day.

Low cost / high value model: our systems allow us to provide you with the support and services you expect but at a much lower cost. For example, our agents do not pay any corporate royalties or national brand fees and our splits are extremely competitive. We are also able to creatively package our financing capabilities allowing you to offer a competitive edge to your clients thus allowing you to stand out from the crowd.If you have a creative mind, we can work together to develop a specific program that speaks to your target market and demographic.

Strategic marketing presence: We currently have one of the largest and most organically followed Real Estate pages on social media in the local market. As well as our constantly updated developed webpage consistently ranks high with searches engines. All of our agents have access to a full suite of NormanLane branded marketing materials, websites, email addresses, that rival the national brands with one exception, no extra royalty fees payable by you!

We just moved into a freshly renovated office space conveniently located at 323 Freshwater Road and with a bullpen for mobile agents, with a dedicated closing office. We also have a limited number of private agent offices for those who wish to operate from their own space. A new kitchen, plenty of storage space, and the possibility to expand within our current space to accommodate all future growth.
